As an essential business, Grow West remains committed to serving the medical cannabis patients of Maryland. In order to protect our staff, patients, and facilities, we have established new safety protocols at our grow facility and dispensary in Cumberland, Md.

We have introduced a screening process for visitors and staff who enter the building. Anyone exhibiting symptoms is not permitted to enter. Our security team ensures all staff members wear gloves and masks throughout their shifts. Work responsibilities are completed at a six-foot distance. Staff members whose responsibilities can be completed remotely are now working from home.

We regularly clean and disinfect all commonly used surfaces, areas, and entrances. Staff members are instructed to follow CDC guidelines for personal safety, including washing hands regularly, avoid face touching and social distancing in and outside of work.

Our dispensary lobby has been closed to the public and we are strictly offering curbside pick-up. Patients may call to place their orders in advance, at which time they are instructed when to pick up. Hours of operation have been adjusted to 11AM-7PM Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday and 11AM-5PM on Sundays. We are now CLOSED Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This adjustment provides us additional time to clean the facility, while giving our staff much needed rest.

Staff and security team members are subject to the same screening process we have introduced at our grow facility. When interacting with patients, staff and security wear gloves and masks at all times. Those working inside the building have also been instructed to follow CDC guidelines for personal safety in and outside of work.

Patients are encouraged to view our menu on Weedmaps or Leafly before calling to place their orders. We also suggest that patients limit their visits to as few as possible to help ensure the safety of our community. Our current deals are designed to encourage larger orders and fewer visits.
