I went in without expectations and am blown away. I apply a small amount to acute pain in my muscles and joints (neck muscles, tmj, ankles, wrists, knees, stomach) and this ointment absolutely works. Migraine sufferer here, putting a dab right outside my ears on my face helped deter a headache coming on! Also used a bit on my foot for my plantar facsiatis.
