No, your loyalty account can be accessed through any web browser. However, the Grow West MD app offers additional benefits, including:

– Points wallet (where you can view your total points earned)

– Dispensary updates and push notifications
– Store contact information
If you’ve shopped with us before, your purchase history is already on file, but you must create a profile in the Grow West MD app or online to start earning loyalty points.

Yes. Loyalty points expire one year from the date they are earned.
For example, points earned on January 1 will be available to use until January 1 of the following year.
