I love this as my get up and go to edible. I prefer the higher dose as they can be halved to the perfect dose and they go much further in terms of the hours they last and perfect additional pep without the jitters or edge. These really are great if you need something to help you and your/my procrastinating ways. Pop one or at this dose maybe one and a half when a project must be done. Eat it, maybe a couple crackers if you're working on empty and prepare to be halfway through 2 projects...
