Concentrates now available for Adult-Use!

Heads up, Maryland! The Maryland Cannabis Administration, or MCA, recently released updated guidelines for adult-use cannabis consumption.   Under these new guidelines, adult-use consumers can now purchase concentrates and infused non-edible products, including infused pre-rolls! Here’s what you need to know:

 

As of June 7, 2024, adult-use consumers may purchase

• Cannabis vaporizing devices (e.g., vapes)
• Concentrated cannabis products with a total weight of 1 gram or less
• Infused pre-rolls of any product weight
• Infused non-edible cannabis products
• Home cultivation products
• Usable cannabis products (e.g., flower, pre-rolls)
• Edible cannabis products, capsules, and tinctures containing up to 10mg THC per serving or 100mg THC per package

Please note that a daily allotment is still in place for adult-use consumers.

Adult use consumers aged 21 years or older may possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, up to 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or a total amount of cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg of THC. This is known as the “personal use amount.”

No, you can access your account and wallet through your preferred web browser. However, our app provides access to many benefits, such as:

Do I need to make an account?

If you’ve shopped with us before, you already have an account! A budtender can assist you with opting into our loyalty program during your next dispensary visit, or you can log into the app on your device and select “Opt-In” to our loyalty program. Please note that opting in will not retroactively apply points to your account, but a budtender can adjust your loyalty points in person at the dispensary.  

What information do I need to provide?

We require a valid email address or phone number for every account. This information is stored only in the loyalty program and will not be shared elsewhere.  

What will be sent to me when I provide my email address or phone number?

---

We communicate daily sales information and updates via text messages and push notifications. All other loyalty program communications, such as referral links or dispensary surveys, are sent via email and text. You have the option to unsubscribe from our communications at any time.  

Why are my points not showing up on my account?

---

There are a few common reasons for missing points:

• You haven’t chosen to opt-in to loyalty points on our app.
• You previously opted out of loyalty points.
• You have created multiple accounts using the same email address or phone number.

Please ask your budtender for assistance during your next visit so we can restore your points accordingly.  

I referred a friend. Where are my points?

Your referred friend must make their first purchase before you can receive your loyalty points. If they have made their purchase and you still need to receive your points, please ask a budtender for assistance during your next visit.

Age and Identification Verification:

Please have a government-issued ID with you. We need to know that you’re of legal age to purchase cannabis. Adult-use patients must be 21+, and medical patients must have a certified doctor’s approval and must be 18+. 

Product Selection: 

We offer many products including; flower, pre-rolls, edibles, topicals, and tinctures. Edibles over 100mg and concentrates are only for certified medical patients. Cannabis concentrates include kief, hash, bubble hash, oil, wax, shatter, resin, infused pre-roll, and any other product that uses solvents, carbon dioxide, heat, screens, pressed, or steam distillation, excluding vape cartridges.

Consumption Limits: 

Adult-use and medical patients have different purchase limits. An adult-use individual may purchase up to:

• 1.5 oz. of usable cannabis.
•  12 grams of cannabis vaporizing fluid (measured by the volume of liquid in the vape/vape cartridge); or
• Other products containing 750 milligrams of THC, including:
  • Edibles, liquid edibles, tinctures, tablets, or capsules with less than 10 mg THC per package or 100 mg THC per serving.
• If an individual purchases the MAXIMUM amount in any category, they may not purchase anything else.

A medical patient may purchase in a rolling 30-day period. 

• 120 grams of dried flower 
• 36 grams of THC product 

Ordering and Payment:

If you wish to modify your order, please see us inside or call us at; 833-940-9000. Our drive-thru is for online pre-orders only. No modifications to order are allowed in the drive-thru. If this is your first time visiting a dispensary, there will be resignation paperwork to fill out. 

There are designated lines for medical patients and adult-use individuals to place an order with a budtender. Pre-orders can be placed online at growwestmd.com/dispensary. 

We accept cash and debit transactions. We cannot accept online payments or credit cards. Adult-use individuals will be subject to a 9% sales tax.

How does Cannabis work?

The human body is equipped with an endocannabinoid system (ECS), a series of cellular receptors that react to imbalances within the body and work to establish stability, or homeostasis.
